How To Live A Happy And Healthful Life



Living a happy and healthful life is as simple, as love is natural. Love is so natural, because it’s self-taught, right from infancy. I dare say, even while in the womb.  Living a happy and healthful life is the art of extending your self-love, to each and every activity and situations. You will be amazed at the positive results in each and every case. Watch a child asleep and at play, without a care. That was how you were, and can still be. So, bring back the child in you.

Always free your heart from hatred by forgiving. You won’t forgive, because you feel hurt. You feel hurt, because you feel you have lost control of their originality; but their originality isn’t yours in the first place, remember? Free your mind from worries because most of the things that you worry about may never happen. Live simply and appreciate what you have. Give more when you can afford it, and expect less from people. Surround yourself with positive people. Walk away from negative people and stressful situations. When you fail to do the aforementioned, you become unhappy and angry. And your body, will secret adrenaline, and that will create problems for your health. That is putting it simply.

Life is not supposed to be fair. Every tomorrow has two handles. You can either take the handle of anxiety or the handle of love. You don't have the power to make life fair, but you do have the power to make life joyful. The stairs you carefully build to help you scale the daunting cliffs of life are no match for the forces of Nature. Know that joy lies in love, positive attitude, and courage. Above all, appreciate adversity as a challenge, not a defeat. Develop your character by handling crises with love and discipline.
