Bruce Lee's Water Theory

"Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water in a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. You put water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, or it can crash. Be water my friend."
-Bruce Lee

Water is versatile. Put water in any circumstance and it will still adapt. When temperatures are high, it becomes steam. But sooner or later, it condenses and takes back its form. You can freeze it, but it will eventually melt. Water is formless, shapeless, and ever adaptable.  It's simple. The world we live in is what we perceive it to be. Like water, we have to trust that whatever happens to us is what we make of it. Just as boiling water can scald and burn, it can also cook and purify. Nothing is neither good or bad. It is what it is.

A river does not expect, it just flows. Be persistent like moving water. Advance towards your dreams without hesitation or fear. Let your passion guide you - just like how gravity pulls the river. As we flow through the path of life, don't let challenges and obstacles stagnate you. Move around it. Keep pushing at the rocks. With time, even the smallest of streams can cut through mountains.
