Recently, a brother posed this interesting question, “Why did God create man before woman?” And there were as many
varied and conflicting opinions as there were discussants. Varied and
conflicting because, no one seems to know the true history of creation. How can
anyone discuss creation, without knowing the creator? Or why or who created the
creator? My kind and I get confused, when some people start quoting some
‘them-say’ accounts from the old or new testament, as if this was the truest
representation of the creation of nature.
In practical terms, God had to
create man before woman, as a proto-type; considering that you have to always create
a proto-type, before you can mass-produce. Haven thus created the said
proto-type, woman started producing man for some self-propelled purposeful
reasons, including but not limited to the following.
As practically as can be evidenced
in nature, woman started producing man in her womb, to admire, protect, serve
and worship her. She has so perfected her production, that man finds woman to
be the most admirable creature in the universe. Right from infancy to adulthood,
woman has been more protected by the father, brother and husband. She is better
clothed and even receives more allowance than man. She is served and worshiped.
Even during love-making, a man has to be on his knees and on all-fours.
